| Every time we bring something in for service or repairs, it gets gone right, at a reasonable rate, in a reasonable time frame. My colleagues who0 shop for something "cheaper" usually end up getting what they paid for. We've never had to take anything back here in order to get it right. That's they way they always do it. Thanks ,guys! |

| Shop Comment Our policy is not to work on vehicles diagnosed some where else because when the diagnosis is incorrect the failure remains. We try our best to inform customers, but we do not always succeed. Before we do extra work or the job requires extra work we make sure to call the customer and inform them of the extra work and cost, only after we get and approval we continue with the work. Our goal is to keep the customers informed. |
